(a) This CHANCE TO WIN Colgate Hamper Offer (the “Contest”) is a dentist engagement contest, which is sponsored and operated by Colgate- Palmolive (India) Limited (“Colgate”). The terms and conditions (the “T&C’s”) herein lay down the rules of the Contest.
(b) This contest is valid only for the dentists of India above 18 years of age and only applicable for participation in the contest in India from December 15th to December 25th, 2023. PURCHASE OF ANY COLGATE PACK IS NOT MANDATORY FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST. THE CONTEST DOES NOT PROMOTE ANY FORM OF BETTING OR GAMBLING ETC. AND IS ONLY A FREE TO PARTICIPATE CONTEST (WITHOUT ANY PARTICIPATION CHARGE OR FEES). THE PARTICIPANT ACCORDINGLY TO GET A CHANCE TO WIN A COLGATE HAMPER AS PER THE T&C’S.
(c) This Contest will be promoted to Colgate DentistFirst members from December 15th to December 25th, 2023. Interested participants subject to clause 2 and 3 above may participate from any of these mediums and will be required to follow as below:
FOR PARTICIPATION:
(d) Only the participants who have successfully registered themselves on the Colgate Dentist First through the aforesaid process of participation, will be able to participate in the Contest and stand a chance to win a Colgate Hamper as per the discretion of Colgate.
(e) A participant can register on Colgate Dentist First only once with his single email and mobile number.
(f) A list of lucky winners will be declared on 27th Dec’23.
(g) At the end of the contest, the winners will be communicated via email/Whatsapp by Colgate and /or its agencies on the credentials shared, with a link to a webpage (winner details collection page).
(h) All winners will receive a Colgate hamper as a gift which will be couriered to their address as registered with Colgate after the end of the conference. Delivery of the hamper will reach you by 7-8 days OR as per standard timelines of our delivery partners.
(i) The prize consisting of the opportunity to win a Colagte Hamper, will be given as per the discretion of Colgate and the winners shall not have any right to request or demand for any specific change of time, date, duration or virtual meeting platform/link of the event. The decision of Colgate in this regard shall be final and it will be sole responsibility of the winner to be available at the communicated time for the e-meet. No other requests for prizes or otherwise will be entertained.
(j) This information will be used for the purpose of contacting or communicating with you for providing services, fulfilling your requests, providing you with information about our products and/or other marketing materials, participate in similar sweepstakes, contests, or other promotions, any feedback, any grievances, any authentication of the details provided by you.
(k) For the point (l) above, you hereby allow Colgate to contact you by calling, text messaging, emails, WhatsApp or by any other means of communication only for the purpose described above.
(l) Your data will be securely stored and archived in a cloud environment of Colgate for the purpose mentioned in point (l).
(m) Colgate shall not be responsible or liable for any technical faults or glitches or bugs or any other system failures or issues that may arise during the quiz and which may lead to your disqualification.
(n) You hereby agree that you shall abide by this T&C and also any other rules that Colgate may communicate to you from time to time.
(o) These T&C and the Privacy notices may be subject to change at the discretion of Colgate at any point of time without any further notice.
(p) All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
